BIG THANKS to all who attended the big Halloween party last Friday. The staff of Pull and Club #9 appreciated all the great costumes and friendly people who turned up for the annual event. Hope everyone had the chance to meet a few new people! The photos have all been uploaded and I'm missing a few people, so let me know (by commenting) if you have any other photos you have and would like posted and I'll get them up.

We're hiring! Pull is a monthly event based on the idea of continual change and I welcome anyone with some free time and some good ideas to help us out each month. Decorations, visuals, live music, Dj's- all are welcome and enouraged. I've had a great time in recent months working with Kat and Milos of Miss Yucki fame, and look forward to some more fun collaborations in the future.
I would also like to remind everyone that Halloween is not the only party each year! :) The style and community spirit shared by the staff, dj's, and live artists is something that happens on the first Friday of every month and is always special, in my opinion. Pull has been on for nearly 2 years now, and while I often find myself somewhat overwhelmed in the scheduling and logistics part of throwing a monthly event, I always look forward to the friendly people and positive atmosphere that has developed over these couple years.

In the spirit of change, I am pleased to announce that the 7 piece Brass Funk band, "Miyata" will be featured as December's guest on 12/1. A local band with a big sound and flavour, Miyata should find themselves at home with a warm and receptive audience. Miyata will be joined by myself and Sanpei, Eitatsu, and Manabu from the Dooz event- Ritual. I hope it will make for a colorful and diverse evening.
